Ingredients

• 1 8-in beef frank

• 2 oz melted cheddar

• 2 oz sweet relish

• 1 strip crisp bacon

• 1 oz yellow mustard

• 1 bun, grilled

Preparation

Boil frankfurter for 3 to 5 minutes. Melt cheddar cheese at 350 degrees for 2 minutes. Add relish to cheese sauce. Assemble bun and frankfurter with mustard. Pour cheese sauce over frank. Add bacon strip.
