Yield: 8 to 10 servings

Ingredients

1 pt heavy (or whipping) cream
1 cup cherry pie filling
1 (18- to 20-oz) can crushed pineapple, well drained
1 (14-oz) can sweetened condensed milk (NOT evaporated milk)
1/2 cup pecan pieces

Preparation

Whip cream until stiff. Fold in pie filling, drained pineapple, sweetened condensed milk and pecan pieces. Chill thoroughly.
