House Salad Dressing

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup red wine vinegar

• 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

• 2 oz water

• 3 Tbsp sugar

• Good Season's Italian Dressing Mix (or see recipe)

Preparation

Mix vinegar, water, extra olive oil, sugar with dressing mix in a sealed jar or cup. Shake vigerouslly.

Add dressing to salad about 10 minutes before eating time and toss with tongs.

Good Seasonings Italian Dressing Mix

• 1 Tbsp garlic salt

• 1 Tbsp onion powder

• 1 Tbsp sugar

• 2 Tbsp oregano

• 1 tsp pepper

• 1/4 tsp basil

• 1 Tbsp parsley

• 1/4 tsp celery salt

• 2 Tbsp salt

Combine all ingredients.
